A Taste of Delight Shipping Policy

At A Taste of Delight, we take pride in baking fresh, gourmet cookies and brownies just for you! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping Times

All of our cookies and brownies are made to order.

Orders can be placed Monday through Friday.

We bake all orders fresh and ship them out the following Tuesday. 

Example: If you order on a Wednesday, your treats will be baked and shipped the next Tuesday.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail.

A $12 shipping fee covers USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey!

Tracking & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is marked as Delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully package every order, but if your treats arrive damaged, please email atdelightt@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will always work with you to find the best resolution, whether that be a replacement, store credit, or a refund if the situation warrants it. Customer satisfaction is our priority!

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to make it right.
